I attended my first luau on Christmas Day 2017 and it was the greatest experience ever! It all started when we were picked up by the shuttle bus where our host, Donna Awana, educated all the passengers about the lifestyle & Hawaiian culture. On our trip back to our hotel, she gave gifts to just about everyone on the bus thanking us for the friendships she gained in our group. Donna is truly a diamond in the rough and I would give anything to wrap her up in a package and take her home with me to Connecticut. I learned so much from her including the meaning of the Hawaiian language. Every single employee at Germaine's carried beautiful smiles & the service and performances were outstanding!! I would highly recommend that anyone looking to attend a luau to go to Germaine's.
On a side note, I purchased Tiki glasses for my beverages. On my way to the beverage counter, I stopped in the ladies room and put my tiki glasses on the paper towel holder. When I came out of the bathroom stall, I was saddened to see that the glasses had been stolen so I decided to go back to the gift shop and purchase two more. I told the store Associates what had just happened and out of the goodness of their hearts, they gave me the glasses at no charge. Their compassion to what happened to me was above and beyond generous & I couldn't thank them enough.
In closing, I wish all of you at Germaine's a very Happy New Year filled with health and happiness! Mahalo

We came to visit my daughter who lives there and my family brought me to celebrate my 59th birthday!! The night could not have been more perfect!! The scenery, entertainment, and food were all so wonderful! By far the best birthday ever! Thank you Germaines for a lovely and memorable experience!

This was my first Luau, but it's one I will never forget. The staff was friendly, and kind, and our host Georgie is a woman I will forever remember! She was funny, kind, and from the second you met her you felt like she was a part of your family. The food was amazing! I would definitely recommend Germaine's Luau to anyone who wants a great Luau experience!

We had an EXCELLENT time at the Luau.
The food was outstanding and plenty of it.
The drinks were great.
The show was amazing.
We had been to a Luau once before, it was no where close to what we experianced at Germaines.
I have recommended you to several of my friends and colleagues coming to the island.
Thank you so much for your ALOHA!

Actually learned quite a bit of history of the islands on (very slow) bus ride to & from our hotel. Cuz'n Wally shared his knowledge with us in a fun & interactive way. Food was good, dancers were excellent, location by the shore very picturesque - you hardly know you're in an industrial park next to a refinery.

The luau was awesome! My sister and I LOVED the performance, the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere! We did the Plumeria Luau Package which was WELL worth it!

Had an awesome time at Germaine's Luau! Our bus host, Georgie, was so entertaining. OOOO eeeee! Very well organized and friendly! A special "hello" to the soft drink attendant from Waverly, IA. It's a small world.

Having a gluten allergy, I didn't expect to have much that I could eat at a luau beyond pineapple and wine! My husband mentioned my allergy when making our reservations, and from that moment on I was completely taken care of! My meal was just delicious...and the entertainment was first rate! Thank you for being so full of Aloha!
