Your team goes above and beyond. Not only were the staff gracious, welcoming and efficient, but they displayed a generosity of spirit that caught me completely off-guard.
One of our kids spent some her own earnings to buy presents for her friends. She then left them in a tiny brown paper bag on the table while she explored and watched the fabulous show. The clean-up crew is very unobtrusive; you barely notice how hard they work to keep things clean. Much later, we realized that the staff had collected or daughter's bag of treasures amongst the other clutter we had left on the table.
My husband and I asked to be shown to the garbage so that we could look for her purchases. One staff member brought gloves. Robert brought extra bags and kneeled down to help. Others came and found ways to encourage us and offer aid. We picked through about eight or ten bags, to no avail.
We did not even realize that several other staff were doing the same thing with a separate pile of garbage bags - and they found it. A tiny paper bag that looks almost exactly like some of the disposal dishes. All told, I suspect at least seven or eight of your team stepped up to help our daughter in a way that goes completely beyond the beneficence of a good host.
It's no wonder that both of my kids now aspire to live in Hawaii. (Mind you, my son thinks he is going to learn fire-dancing). Thank you. You are a blessing to us.
