Film/Photo Release

Occasionally, Germaine’s Luau and its affiliates will take photographs and/or film before, during and/or after the event at the luau property.

By entering the luau property, you hereby grant Germaine’s Luau, Inc. and its affiliates and licensees the right, but not the obligation, to photograph and/or record you and exploit your likeness, voice and other sound effects in and in connections with the production, exhibition, distribution, promotion, exploitation, publicity, marketing and advertising of this project/event and without compensation in all media throughout the universe in perpetuity.

If you do not agree to the above, do not enter the luau site.
